A shining star in the Dallas Central Business District since 1954, Republic Center is a mixed use, three-building complex with more than 1.3 million square feet of office, residential, and retail space. The two main buildings comprise a 49-story office tower and a 35-story residential tower with 229 luxury residences, including four penthouses.
